“Wow I waited way too long to get here. We went for the Sunday BBQ and really liked it. My brisket was well seasoned and moist and it was cool that it came with both SC/mustard sauce and NC style sauce, both tasty and a little spicy. The baked mac and cheese was really good and the beans as well. Great beer menu on the pricey side.”

“Ordered the Salmon rice bowl and it's super flavorful without being salty. The bowl comes with rice (couple options to choose from), your protein of choice, and peppers & onion. It's very hefty and could be split into two meals easily. Have eaten here before and had the smash burger and the gyro dog. Both are highly recommended. Again, lots of flavor without being salty. Staff is always kind, professional, and friendly.”

“Central Jersey has a new it spot for Haitian food! My hubby and I stopped in for some take out. The restaurant is charming, lovely decorations and ample seating for dine-in. The staff was great, polite and eager to help. Most of the items on the menus were available (they ran out of herring patties). The food is delicious. We had the chicken patty, egg patty, fried goat, fried pork, black rice, black bean sauce & white rice. The portions are ample and they are not selfish with the pikliz(spicy slaw)! I have 3 other Haitian restaurants within 10 minutes of me but I will be traveling the extra time to come here every time! Give them a try they won’t disappoint!”

“I regret to say that my recent experience at the Big Easy was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving at 5:20ish and placing my order for stuffed salmon, string beans, and cabbage, I was informed by the polite young lady at the front counter that it was cash only and I could pay now or when done(definitely should have waited). After swiftly acquiring cash and returning to the restaurant, I noticed that a few other customers arrived and ordered the same dish while some others ordered different items. As time passed, I observed each customer, including those who arrived and ordered after me, receiving their food promptly, while I continued to wait. When I inquired about the delay, I was met with indifference and was told she didn’t understand why either. It became apparent that familiarity with the staff determined the level of service, as those who engaged in small conversations with the owners were promptly served, while I was left waiting. The culmination of this selective service led to my departure from the establishment a little over 30min later, with mediocre food and a considerable amount of hunger. In conclusion, the Big Easy's service is disappointingly selective, and unless one is familiar to the staff, prompt service cannot be guaranteed.”

“This place has so much potential. I wish I could rate it a 5 star. Service was fine, but the food was lacking and prices high. Gumbo was too dark and thick. I know gumbo, and this version was poor. Lobster roll needed more dressing. The roll could have made up for it, but it wasn't soft and buttery like a good roll should be. We both had entrees, so I might be back to try to boil. I want to love it for the bar and location. Hopefully they'll tweak the menu or improve the cookery. It's expensive, so it should be great. Childs hamburger is good. The deviled egg was the favorite thing I ate. Pretzel was good, but nothing special.”

“Was pleasantly surprised to see this new restaurant open up. Pennington definitely needs new choices. Very fair pricing for well prepared fare. I had the tacos to start with and am looking forward to trying some of their other more unique choices. Everything looked fresh and well prepared. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Tell ALL your friends!”

“Pretty good fast food restaurant. I had the chicken sandwich and the quality of the chicken was excellent. I sampled the blazing hot and it was hot so I opted for the next lower option. The bread was very good I'm a french fries where especially good. Fresh cut. The staff was very courteous and polite so I expect to be returning on a regular basis. It's very similar to Chick-fil-A, but of course Chick-fil-A doesn't have hot sauce.”

The menu has many unique options, and is easy to read. The options for superfoods and juices are unmatched! I ordered a delicious açaí bowl and added Kale for some extra nutrients. So good!! “The choices are a bit slim for hot dog places in this part of Jersey, but Jimmy G's is certainly among the best the area has to offer. Despite the name, Jimmy G's has more than just dogs, with specialty sandwiches and a large list of ingredients for those that want to come up with their own custom creations. That said, some of the things on the menu may not be what you're expecting. For instance, while their Italian hot dog (Note: for reasons I believe to be related to claims made by other resturants, it's not actually called that on the menu) is made in the traditional manner, what they call a chili dog is more like Sloppy Joe meat and Cheese Wiz. It wasn't bad, but not what we expected either. If there's one negative about Jimmy G's, it's probably the price. Two dogs, drinks, and an order of fries ran me over $20, which gave me something of a case of sticker shock at the register.”

“It’s no secret that most Princeton food spots leave more to be desired but this place is probably the best thing that’s happen to this town. Fast casual, great staff, an incredibly attentive and friendly chef, but most importantly fresh and delicious food that has made me come back several times. Each time I’ve ordered sushi or a poke bowl I watched the chef hand cut the fruit right in front of me - it’s nice to know it hasn’t beef sitting in a fridge for days waiting to be used. They are fairly priced and don’t charge you extra for adding avocado to your poke bowl (which is literally everywhere else). And their boba - OH MY GOD - it’s so good - it reminds me of when I use to live in Philly and getting boba in Chinatown. Authentically good, the pearls are soft, warm and fresh. ** chefs kiss ** In my humble opinion, this place beats kung fu tea, kbg, junbi, and any others around town. So good!”

“Only reason I give 4 ⭐ is because the room was warm no matter how low the air was set which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, even without a blanket I'd wake up sweating. The dining was fabulous, food was delicious, courses were perfectly spaced out, service was friendly, the bartender was very knowledgeable, helpful, and she was extremely pleasant. We wanted to try a few cocktails that we had never had, she would explain everything in it and had no problem making us something else if we didn't like it. Overall we had a wonderful experience.”
