Boston Market

Food is ok. It varies alot and depends on whose working that day. Sometimes you get moist chicken. Sometimes you have dry chicken. The sweet potatoes can either be too sweet or just right. Veggies are constantly cooked and taste well. Sometimes you get the right order, and sometimes you get the wrong sandwich. When that happened, they looked to us to pay for a second one. Ummm no. Other times they get an attitude if you ask for cornbread even though it's supposed to come with the meal (it says it on the menu board). But other days we get very helpful and accommodating service. So it's a toss up. Hopefully you come in on a day where the staff cares about giving optimum service or not.

Have seen one of these fast food restaurants in years. It had its pros & cons

Very nice staff. I don't shop there much, but always leave happy when i do. Little expensive.

The food tastes great, but is pricey and portions are fairly small. The restaurant is always clean and service was pretty good. Overall, if the quality is more important than the quantity, then you'll like Boston Market.
