You pay $8.50 for a burrito and you get 12 bucks worth of a burrito that will fill you up and not skimp out on ANYTHING. The beans are super tasty too. You can tell there's a hint of lime in the beans. If you're really hungry and want authentic Mexican food then this place will definitely satisfy you.

It's not what I expected, not having ever had "authentic" Mexican food in my youth, but I can say I've never had a bad meal here. The place is small, but I guess that works towards reducing operating costs. The tables and chairs have artwork and the walls are festively decorated. My stomach is fat and happy!

I've been ordering from these folks for a while and finally decided to submit a review.

Top notch. Totally satisfied. I recommend.

I tend to order shrimp tacos, red tamales, beef empanandas, and their soups for delivery. Very well prepared. When delivering, they will separate ingredients to assure a prime experience upon request (for example, for tacos I'll ask them to separate tortilla, fillings, and shrimp so thing do not get soggy.)

TWO THUMBS UP AND A HIGH FIVE!

I always wanted to come here. When I finally got my chance, I was not impressed. The hostess said we could sit wherever we liked. This started out as a plus. When we got the tortilla chips though, they tasted hard and stale. I got a Mexican drink. forgot the name. While it did taste good, I could not get any liquid out of the straw. I had to get the drink out with a spoon. Our entrees came out. I got the chalupas. They're flat Mexican pancakes. They were good in the middle, but at the ends, it was hard to chew. Service moved fast, and we had a friendly server, The ambience is nice, but it smells like strong paint inside. It was overall okay, but I would not recommend.

We've vacationed in Mexico for several years. The flavors and food presentation at La China Poblano is typical comfort food. The menu is surprisingly extensive and we'll have lots of opportunity to explore it. Portions sizing is good. Service is good. Seating is a little tight since half the restaurant is dominated by an open kitchen.
