    Giving 3 stars because I’m thinking I went in here when the staff working was having an off day. Please note this review is for to-go slices only...

    It’s pretty hard to compete with Mancinis up the road, but this place is closer to my house so I wanted to give it a shot. When I walked in there was one guy making a pizza and there was an uncomfortable vibe as though he just finished up an argument with someone. He seemed, agitated. It wasn’t crazy, just not the warm friendly fuzzy feeling you read about in the other reviews.

    I bought a Pepperoni slice and a white with broccoli. This cost me $7.73, which seems a little on the high side; but hey if the slice is good so be it I’ll pay top dollar. But oh the slices were not good. I was pretty disappointed because I really wanted them to be good. I don’t think Mancinis is the BEST pizza so I was hoping Bella would beat them. They were hard crust, SUPER oily (and I love the oil drip but whoa this oil was intense), and no real flavor on the white slice.

    La Bella is a local treasure. Superb food. Warm family feel. Friendly, attentive service. We and our friends have been enjoying it for over 30 years.

    Great family owned restaurant. Warm and friendly. BYOB . It's much more than a pizza place. My husband and I meet our friends there's . They don't rush you. Delicious sauce and plenty to choose from . We will definitely go back again

    Delicious, delicious food. pleasant service. Long time customers.

    Everyone is treated like family. Last sat nite, we arrived without a reservation and were seated at the family table.

    Always enjoy our meals there.

    The food is fantastic and delicious! Dinning at Bella’s is always great and enjoyable! Pino, Nella and Karen are wonderful. So if you are driving on RT18 in East Brunswick please stop by Bella’s and enjoy a great Italian meal or pizza. The best in NJ!
