Raymond’s sense of customer service is beyond amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, sweet and on point with his information about the menu. He made our late night trip very comfortable and we are looking forward to asking for his section next time we attend this Applebee’s! Thank you Raymond!!! -Ashley, John and both our brothers :)

Andre, another servicer was also working beyond hard!! We notice his work ethic in the way he performed running back and forth.

Great place! Food is good. Service was fast and timely

All Applebees locations have the same excellent menu which is the main reason we stopped at the Edison location when we saw it on Route 1 South. This was a spontaneous visit, not a planned one.

The food was delicious. Everything was made exactly right. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our late lunch/early dinner.

On the plus side: The service was beyond excellent. All the wait staff helped each other to ensure prompt service and fresh hot food for their customers. During our meal 3 different staff members served us in addition to our primary waitress. The management at this location obviously stresses customer service and we appreciated everyone's efforts.

On the negative side: Although everything was clean and orderly, the lighting and overall atmosphere was much darker and less of a "festive" sports bar than many other Applebees I've visited. I prefer the lighter/brighter atmosphere.

Bottom line: If I'm in the area or passing through around meal time, I'll probably stop here again. I had a very positive experience. But, I probably won't consider this a destination restaurant when planning a night out.

I thoroughly enjoy this place whenever I go there. From the friendly door person who smiles to service at the table. The food is excellent and prices are good. My last visit here was for lunch with a friend and we both loved what we had. If you are looking for a fast meal and reasonable prices along with good service this is the place. I will return.
