    I come here all the time to eat with my husband . I understand the busy business and I always have to wait for food or even a server to come by . I never complain believe me I understand .
    With that being said I came in Saturday night to eat with my husband daughter and her husband and kids . We were a party of 10 which I know isn’t always easy . It was a busy night I might add but Our waitress was janelly and she was awesome ! I’ve had her before I believe but I never got the chance to say how much I appreciate her service . It was my daughters first time there and she took her time and helped her with the menu . Was a nice experience! Thanks again ! I would say however your restrooms need a lot of attention and your silverware is terrible I send them back every time .

    My only complaint about Cheesecake Factory is that the menu is too big! Besides that I've always enjoyed my meal. Always enjoyed the service. Absolutely love love love the complimentary wheat bread, it's super dark and has a sweetish taste. Drool worthy when it's hot with butter. They give you really good portions so I rarely have space for dessert but both the Key Lime Cheesecake and the Banana Cheesecake are deeelicious!

    The wait was beyond extensive.... A 40 min wait went over an hour and the kitchen was backed up resulting in two bread placements at our table. That said, the food was great and our service was outstanding. Maybe avoid a Saturday night during the Christmas/NYE week but otherwise this Factory is great.

    Lovely staff and atmosphere! Perfect for date night. Abundance of menu options available. Every dish I tried has been a delight! Not to mention their delectable dessert menu.

    I love bringing my family to the Edison/Menlo Park location. The food is delicious with large portions, making it perfect for dinner and perhaps lunch the following day. The staff is extremely on point with service and knowledge of the lengthy menu. The strawberry martini is phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is great for "date night" or with your spouse and children. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience
