Best burger I had in USA since I came here... will not disappoint and the staff was weary friendly and pleasant. Wish they would open in Monmouth county

Have seen this new BBQ joint in my neighborhood for the last few weeks. Finally decided to try it. Ordered (2) 1/4 lb burgers and homemade fries. Burgers were delicious and fries were excellent. Highly recommend that you try this new BBQ joint, Staff are really friendly!!

I haven't been to this restaurant yet but I do have some concerns I really want it to be 5 stars... I live with a few miles of this restaurant. And I have heard good things about the owner. Doing some research tonight I see that the menu on-line it says "15% gratuity will be added to all dine in tables" That is 100% the owners decision. I believe any owner has the right to set any policy he or she feels appropriate for their business. However that is not gratuity. That service charge.
A gratuity is a voluntary amount of money given in exchange for a service performed. A gratuity is also known as a tip. Example —We typically tip our waitress or our hair stylist for great service.

I intend to visit this restaurant with the next couple weeks and edit this review. I really want to see all local businesses succeed. In my opinion.Adding 15% service fee Could be counter intuitive. Considering excellent service earns +20% gratuity.

The long awaited arrival of Addy's to central jersey has finally become a reality! Addy's being in North Jersey, Astoria, and Long Island over the years we have longed for the day this one of a kind BBQ spot would open it's doors in Central Jersey. Last Thursday it became a reality as Addy's opened its doors in Edison with their Grand Opening. I was able to make it to the big opening day and enjoyed the same great items I have traveled far distances for over the years. The Garlic Tenders, Mac n Cheese, and Country Fried Chicken were all great as we thoroughly enjoyed our food on opening day. For any new business the wait times will be longer than anticipated and that was the case here. Opening night and the first few days wait times were definitely long, but the staff is all adjusting and getting used to things. Heard from friends that the service was great yesterday so they are definitely making improvements with the service. I actually had Addy's over the weekend for pick up as well as my nephews really wanted to try it. Once again the food was great, they both loved it and have been raving about it since. Looking forward to trying more of the great items on the menu and grateful that Addy's is now in central jersey. Wishing this business a lot of success in Central Jersey.
