Shake Shack Menlo Park

I tried the new Shake Shack last night. It was very crowded. I tried to order at the kiosk to avoid the line, but it malfunctioned. The manager tried to help, but it wouldn’t work. He was very helpful. I waited on line to order and it was quick. Food was very good. A bit pricy, but you could taste the quality of the burger. My son had a shake and said it was delicious and we have to go back. Everyone working there was happy, polite, and they looked like they were having fun. I will be back!

The staff are friendly, nice, kind, and hospitable. That goes over the food. The food is some of the best fast food money can buy, and although a little pricey, it's made up in the quality in food service. Definitely one of the best SSs in the area. Will keep on visiting whenever I get a chance to.

First time trying Shake Shack. It definitely lived up to the hype. Shack burger was very juicy and well done. Fries weren’t special but it was good regardless. Would 100% recommend and try other things on the menu. Great customer service everyone was very polite

Being a vegetarian, I usually don’t find any veggie burger in any of the burger chains other than Shack Shack and I am a big fan of shroom burger in shake shack. But i had to drive quite a distance to get one. Today i am really happy that shake shack opened this Menlo Park location just close to my place. And this new place didn’t disappoint me with the classic shroom burger. The order came quick regardless of excess crowd. And i would definitely visit more often.

Great first experience.. today was their first day opened and I can’t believe someone would leave such a negative review. Anyway, I enjoyed everything I had and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m stoked it’s so close to me as I will be back much sooner than later.
