Great little place !! First time here and had a good time. I came here for the DIM SUM I order the Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Bums , Shrimp Dumplings and the Beef stream Dumplings and there was all great. My favorite is the Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Bums so far. Well come back
A small eatery located in Chinese plaza. This Shanghainese restaurant serves traditional breakfast items along with popular dishes such as soup dumplings. We ordered few things to try, overall was average. Dumplings were ok, fresh and juicy. Beef noodle soup was a bit disappointing, noodles were not freshly made kind. Lion head meatball had too much starch. This is a small place and table couldn’t hold all our food at once.
CASH ONLY!
But don't worry there's an ATM in the close by 7-11 and it's worth the effort. We had the soup dumplings, spicy wontons, and pan fried pork dumplings. They were all excellent in wonderfully different ways.
Supposedly split from Shanghai Wu’s, this low-key but newly established spot has some indoor seating as well as takeout! The soup dumplings, drunken chicken, Floral 8 Treasures Taro pudding, Preserved Egg with a Tofu in spicy sauce, Shanghai rice balls in wine, and Shumai are extremely authentic and taste amazing. Prices are really reasonable as well.
Really good food and service. The taste is really authentic. The owner of this restaurant was the owner of Shanghai Dumpling which is located at RT27 Edison. I strongly recommend soup dumplings and spicy pork noodles here. I will come back soon
