Wood Stack Pizza + Kitchen Metuchen

Wood Stack Pizza really surprised me with the depth of their menu, combination of flavors on their dishes, and boldness of their menu.

The Prosciutto pizza had just the right amount of flavors with no one flavor overpowering the rest; reminded me of Italy. The octopus was cooked perfectly which is often a miss for restaurants.

Service was top notch. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Awesome place! Ambiance was great, a little loud but not unbearable. Food was top notch - great menu, great presentation, and an incredibly flavorful. Had the squid ink pasta and the beet salad - wow! Grandma pizza was delicious. A little pricey for some of the menu items if you are expecting just a brick oven pizza place, but it's way more than that, and you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

I'm all about good pizza and pasta. Just like their location in Pine Brook the ambience, the service, and food is a recipe for a great time with family & friends.

Please know the location has parking challenges but they do offer valet parking. If you have a big party, I would call at least 24 hours in advance. The entire party needs to be present if you want to be seated.

If you want something casual but stylish, pay Woodstack in Metuchen a visit. Don't hesitate to bring the family either. Our reservations was at 630 for 13 guests and we were situated upstairs and sat comfortably.

The Bread and the Pepperoni Pizza was so Fresh. One of the best we had in a long time. Saw other dishes that looked Amazing, so we will be back. Drinks are a little pricey.

5 stars: Didn't know about this place, drove by and said "that place looks good, let's eat lunch there."

Decor and ambience is great to start off. Complimentary bread plate was nothing short of amazing. Pizzas were both awesome. Waiter was very nice and servicey (in a good way) with food recommendations. Didn't have drinks this visit, will certainly return.
