    Delicios breakfast! Working kiosks. Great atmosphere.

    I do not know why but I am finding that the best service is coming from the self serve kiosks within the restuarant. Even though it is impersonal in a way it is the only way to receive your order properly because when to attempt to do the one on one using a human interaction you find you have to repeat yourself or wait until they actually decide to pay attention and then you have to have them repeat the order back to you just so you can correct them.

    Stopped in for a strawberry banana smoothie and an ice coffee. Always quick and accurate service. While waiting, a small child - 5 or 6 was throwing a tantrum. His parents calmed him by asking the staff for a substitute drink. The staff obliged. Not only did that solve the child's problem, it brought calm to the customer service area. AWESOME. Just another example of McDonald's #1 priority.
