I didnt take any pictures but the burgers look SO amazing. and the flavor, lets not talk about that. 10/10

Nice courteous staff, the restaurant was freezing inside not just a little cool. The burgers were okay, I've definitely had better, and worse. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but I wouldn't object if my friends wanted to try here.

Smashburger is fine. I actually had greater Hope's when I went there and expected to be wowed but unfortunately it is just okay. I like the quality of the food and everything seems fresh but the taste is just average and nothing spectacular. Shake Shack is a much better burger experience.

Professional and courteous service from Rochelle on Monday at around 5:30 PM EST. She exemplified superior end to end customer servicing which is what makes companies stand out from their competitors along with the food. Thought service such as that was approaching extinction. With that said, great overall experience. This was my 1st time at a Smash Burger establishment. Will definitely return. Thanks.

I personally love Smashburger. It is where I go to treat myself to a big juicy burger. Burgers are great I've noticed they have many different choices now turkey even a bean burger I guess for vegetarian.
I can't say it's really fast food they make it fresh which is good. I don't think this is an everyday thing little too heavy but I good side choices I get fried pickles they also have fried brussel sprouts. Interesting stuff try it if you like burgers you'll like it.
