Butcher 360: all you can eat Korean BBQ

The restaurant seemed pretty new and was clean. It was kind of annoying that they wouldn’t let us have tap water for free. The meat that they gave us was okay. The two pork dishes they gave (pork belly and sausage) didn’t really taste like anything. Same with one of the beef dishes. The last beef one they served was the only thing that was marinated and it tasted awesome. Also I know it’s an all you can eat place so they don’t let you take home food but we didn’t eat that much- I’m hoping they didn’t throw it away. Otherwise, I personally didn’t love it but they had a great environment.

I feel not like a korean style BBQ buffet and menu is not enough for me.
But My husband liked there meats and If you like to eat only meats then you will like it!

Amazing bbq experience. Meat 🥩 was fresh and many varieties to choose from. Venting system is awesome, you don’t come out smelling like bbq on your clothes. Dining tables are spacious apart. Staff is well attended, they cooked for you. Meat came out perfect. 👍🏻 Best all you can eat bbq restaurant in the area.

I'm a frequent visitor to Korean BBQ in NYC, so i tend to have high expectations for this cuisine. Butcher 360 is a great "All You Can Eat" (AYCE), Korean BBQ restaurant in North Brunswick, NJ. Located just outside of New Brunswick, it's the only such option in the area. They do a very good job and are always crowded. Prepare to wait for 30-45 minutes on weekends as the rush is constant. Customers reserve a spot on the tablet when you walk in and a text keeps you posted on your wait time.

Once seated, you are given a multitude of options for steak, chicken, pork, with an option for squid as the only seafood. The quality of the meat is great and we enjoyed the flank steak, Bulgogi, pork steak, and pork belly. They recommend 3 meats at a time so there is nothing wasted. Plenty of sides available as well, we prefer the japchae, spicy beef soup, kimchi, lettuce and rice.

The team is responsive and attentive. Great job Butcher 360 on providing a high quality Korean bbq spot in this part of NJ.

Went here for the first time and was impressed by how cool this place looks from the outside. Make sure you’re on the waitlist since this place is super packed. Overall I enjoyed the service here. I wish they had a station to make your own sauce but the peanut sauce they have on hand is good too. I went with the Kloud beer and I would def recommend that to try.
