Pho Today Plainsboro

Wonderful experience. Food was fresh, tasty, and quick. Also, I left my food that was leftovers and was gone easily 30 minutes. I was shocked when I came back to just see if it was there... It was sitting over to the side by takeout 🥡 orders for me. I appreciated this highly. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been anxiously awaiting the opening to Pho Today! They opened a spot in South Plainfield a couple of year's ago and the owners are pretty nice! The food is always fresh but I hope they maintain the cleanliness( the bathrooms, dining area floors etc) The manager's at this location are very nice and accommodating! I've been about 3-4 times already and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit! Best Authentic Pho in the area! Now I don't have to drive all the way to South Plainfield anymore! Welcome to Plainsboro Pho Today!

Great foods + great companies= perfect weekend.
For our group, we ordered their Pho Today Suon Cay ( let says their short ribs are huge) and their Spicy Bun Bo Hue ( for those who's adventurous with spicy and flavourful taste from Hue Style). During their grand opening, their first online order is 20% off. Great location, clean and excellent service. Will be my regular to go spot here at the heart of Plainsboro.

Great service. Clean atmosphere. Wonderful and flavorful dishes. Beautiful presentation.

We enjoyed the chicken tamarind and the shrimp spring roll appetizers.

The B1 rice bowl serves up a taste of all the lovely meats with a generous dish.

The baguette sandwiches are out of this world and a MUST!

I have been anxiously waiting for it’s opening and now it is finally here! An authentic Vietnamese restaurant right in the WWP area! Pho broth is hot (in temperature) and excellent. Pho meats are tender and abundant and the take out soup bowl is oversized to accommodate the broth! Banh Mi bread is crispy. Grilled pork is juicy, sweet and savory. Summer rolls have a hint of mint (and no cilantro which I asked for!) served with crushed peanuts and peanut sauce. Rice roll skin was perfect even for takeout. Ordering online is easy plus there was a first time 20% discount off the bill. I asked for everything without cilantro and they listened. The whole family is in love and will be ordering here at least weekly!
