Edison has more Indian restaurants along Oak Tree Road than most cities in the U.S. and that caused enterprising people to open restaurants away from the strip. Bombay Talk has a very successful location on Oak Tree Road which is buzzing at any given time of day. This branch in Parin is their second branch. This place is equally good, if not better. Being a home chef, I have the observations. The quality of the punjabi dishes, like Chhole Bhatoore need to be improved. I saw at least three other tables order the same dish and the Chhole failed to impress. I tasted Cinnamon in mine. Please revisit the recipe and make changes or people like me will never order this dish. Service was inconsistent. Our order was not delivered together. The two orders of noodles arrived after the two orders of Dosas and the Chhole Bhatoore were finished. The noodles were for my two little girls, so guess what? They were almost full by the time their food arrived. The noodles were half cooked and stuck together in clumps. If you can't handle Saturday night rush (last night wasn't that bad) then get different chefs. Maybe rotate chefs between Edison and Parlin. I'm a good friend of the Owner, Mr. Mehta and will let him know my thoughts. We were neighbors in Edison. Please maintain the quality of your food or you'll lose customers. Service was prompt and courteous.

I love eating here. This food is consistently good and reminds me of the street food I ate when I lived in Bombay. The menu consists of Indian, Indo-Chinese and Indo-Thai entrees and snacks. Everything very tasty! The prices are reasonable and won't burn a hole in your pocket! Friendly staff!
