I loved eating here but sadly they no longer have the subway
I just LOVE stopping at this Subway. Today didn't disappoint me. The food is very fresh and service is great too.
I was here for an event. We were in the larger of the two halls and it looks like it has been redecorated under the new ownership, the additional investment is needed to fix cracked tiles. The food was overall very good. I did however prefer the appetizers over the main course food. The Manchurian was excellent. I do have concern about the chicken serving temperature as it was served at room temperature - neither hot nor cold. A very solid experience overall and the food was good.
This is formerly Chutney Mary. When it was the former name, it was a 4 Star establishment. New owners and management has made this place less appealing. The food is still the same; basic Inddian cuisine. Still an ok place for a banquet. Probably can hold 600 with no problem.
The only reason for giving 3 stars is the taste of food. It has a lot of scope for improvement. But the quality of hall and other services were extremely good. The restrooms were tidy. The parking during busy days are mostly valet (may be only in winters but not sure). The seating arrangements and the overall ambience is definitely good.
food was good and the service was great in and out in a flash
I wanted to cone here for a while, because the ambiance looked nice.
Food:
3/5
I thought the place had a good variety. I thought most of the vegetarian dishes were good. The paneer was a little hard. The chicken dishes were hard to cut, and the chicken tasted extremely dry. The hardest thing to cut was the goat. I mostly got fat with the meat. No dessert.
Service:
3/5
The staff is friendly, but when I tried calling the place, I had to ask them to enunciate everything because of the accent. It sounded like they were a little harsh, but I can't blame the accent. They did keep on pouring us water, but the waiter didn't bother to ask how we liked the food.
Ambiance: 5/5
It's a really nice restaurant with bright lights surrounding you. Looks a little bit like a nightclub, but it's still kid-friendly. They have a full bar, and has very clean floors as well.
I would say go, but don't do anything with meat.
The ambiance is very good. Food is good too. We usually have parties with a crowd of more than 400. There is a tiled dance floor as well which can accommodate around 150 people dancing (maybe more)
This is literally the best Subway I have ever eaten at. Friendliest sandwich artists and just the best general atmosphere of any Subway. I always try to stop by about once a week!
