La Taverna

Pleasantly surprised with this place. The first time the food was delicious. We did go back however and the food was not as good. First time we tried a the Abruzzi chicken dish and a country style pork loin. Desert was carrot cake and a creme brulee cheesecake. Next time we went, we ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and it was a tiny piece of fish. We also ordered the rib eye which was not a very good cut or seasoned well.

The restaurant service and culinary teams handled a large party with multiple dietary allergies with ease. The meal was a huge success and everyone was talking about the delicious food and wonderful staff at this restaurant the next day!

Did a small birthday of 30 people here. Food was very good and the service was even better. Reasonable pricing , would definitely dine here again.

I love the burgers, they are well known for having the best burgers. On top of that, this lady I had knows how to mix alcohol. I like having 3 different types of drinks, most places I go to adds less alcohol just to save money (which i dislike), some uses the right proper amount, this lady uses the best amount. I had a White Russian in all my life I order this drink which is so rare for the bartenders they ALWAYS add so little to the alcohol (Mind you its 2oz of Vodka & 1oz of Kahlua, 1/2 oz of milk, so you not barely tasting the vodka is bad already), to me it feels like I'm drinking smoothies or an ice cold milk, however this lady added the proper amount and even more! I had my sip I actually tasted the Ice Cold Milk with the vodka running down my mouth. Perfect place for a Burger or Drinks!

Really good food. A little slow for a lunch. Service great. Nice atmosphere. Really feels like an old tavern. Two of us had lunch with soup and it was $37.
