Kenny's Empanadas

Yes, it's called Kenny's and it's in a small strip mall away from everything... Don't let that dissuade you, Kenny's is worth the trip! Even when I walked in the place lacked any personality. What I got though when my food arrived changed everything. The beef empanada had a nice crisp she'll and the filing was amazing. It was filled with flavor. The chicken likewise popped. It seemed like with each bite it gained flavor. These were some of the best empanadas that I've had. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Good clean environment plus good taste will go back

I just had to rate Kenny's Empanadas as the best. I have tasted many empanadas but these are filled quite well and are absolutely delicious.. Definetly worth the price. Located in South Plainfield. The service is absolutely wonderful.

Best Empanadas in New Jersey hands down, anyone who says differently needs to check their taste buds. These aren’t your standard Latino empanadas, they’re a fresh take on a favorite food. The fillings, aside from being unique, are always perfectly seasoned, the meat is always tender, and it’s a small local family run business and you are treated as family from the moment you walk through the door. I brought these in for a holiday party and my co-workers loved them they were a major hit, so much so that every pot luck we had I HAD to bring these. The menu offers a lot of variety for everyone, there’s always something new to try. Personally I love the sausage and potato. As a self proclaimed foodie I highly recommend this place.
