Red Lobster

My wife and I decided to come here for Valentines Day yesterday. It was busy and a bit of a wait (about an hour and a half), which is to be expected on a holiday. It was a bit disappointing to receive a text that stated our table was ready and walk into the restaurant to check in and then be skipped or forgotten and had to be put back on the list. Which made our total wait to two hours. The staff was apologetic and it was appreciated. We were finally seated and greeted by our waiter/server Rose. I must say the wait may have been long but it was worth it and a pleasure to have her as our waitress. She was polite, funny, and just flat out amazing! My wife and I were extremely satisfied with her service. It’s because of people like Rose that makes us love to go out to eat, to be treated so well and share some laughs with a professional young lady. We look forward to returning for the food because it was delicious but more importantly to reunite with our awesome waitress Rose! I hope Red Lobster takes care of workers like herself because it’s people like her that make business last and bring more people in. If a boss would to go undercover they would love her! Thank you everyone at Red Lobster for giving us a wonderful Valentines Day dinner!

P.S.
She was so sweet she even offered to pay for our dessert, which showed awesome character. We politely declined because we were stuffed but showed our appreciation to her when it came time to pay the bill.

This restaurant in Woodbridge right by the Mall is always good. My family, friends and I have been going here for over 20 years. The staff and patrons are so nice. Be sure to get dessert and drinks too. They're yummy. A nice cozy place for families and romantic enough for dating. Whatever you get on the menu is fresh and tasty. Portions are big enough and satisfying. We never leave hungry.

Love Red Lobster. Prices seem to have gone up a bit but Lobster still wonderful. Great service convenient location for Staten Island. And great drinks

Casual Seafood dining, can get chicken. Food and desserts are okay. Their cheddar biscuits are amazing! Courteous and accommodating employees. They have a bar and drinks are good.
