I've ordered 3 weeks worth of this food so far! It is soooo good! They're snacks are amazing and their food makes dieting easy. The portions are a good size and the food is never frozen. I order and pick up at the Crossfit in Caldwell. The food is always on time and they're ordering schedule is easy to follow. I forgot to order by the deadline one day and they were kind enough to let me order past the deadline!! The people at Deliciously Fit are awesome!

I cant say enough good things about Kurt and his company. His meal plans are fantastic and the food is great. I love that i can customize my meals so that they are right for me.

I just wanted to rave about you guys and say thank you!
Let me give you a quick background...I am in the Fitness Industry, I love to cook and do my own meal prep, but life gets in the way sometimes and I get busy. (insert ALL the 'excuses' we hear from our clients on the regular here, because until about a month ago I had them all) "I don't have time" ..."I'm tired"..."But FILL IN THE BLANK"...because I said them all. THEN I met Scott Gliem. And I'm sure you know him, since he works for you but he doesn't shut up when he's passionate about something. I shared with him that I "do my own meal prep but I don't have time" and he really sold me on why I need Deliciously Fit. On and On every time I saw him "did you check it out?", "did you go on the website?", "check out our instagram?"...really walked me through how convenient it was even for people in the industry. I am now in love with DF and I owe it to Scott! You guys make amazing food, so bravo to your chefs as well, but I never would've taken this leap with out Scott! Thank you DF and thank you thank you Scott!

Meals are tasty and fresh. Portions promote weight loss. I love this place!
