    Yesterday, I stopped by Sylver Barbeque and Grill. It is conveniently located enroute to the beachfront east, after getting off Highway 35 south.

    I rated it 3 out of 5 stars. I state:

    What this barbeque joint lacks in decor, is compensated by the food that passes across your palate.

    I heard that Oxtails, and Barbeque Ribs are their forte, but I was in the mood for chicken wings, until ...

    another customer ordered a Whiting sandwich with fries. I changed my order.

    I was not disappointed by the portions, and was pleasingly surprised by the creative salad that accompanied it. Quite unexpected.

    And it all tasted good, too

    They have a full menu, and a children's menu.
