I had to give it 5 stars. My first inclination was confusion Dominican and Ethiopian? Reminds me of a poor experience I had at Mexican Indian restaurant, all turned out well. It was a little over priced compared to the many Ethiopian places I've been to in Philadelphia northern VA and Charlotte, but good food consistent with the best of the others. Silverware on the table was another oddity considering I've never been to an Ethiopian that had silverware, unless you requested it since it's traditional to eat with the injera and hands. The avocado salad was an average salad something Ethiopians don't do average, but the dressing was amazing. Service was great and I look forward to trying the Tuesday-thursday buffet. Definitely a must try for unique food and experience.

We've been coming to eat at Ada's since it was in Long Branch and we still love it. The new space is twice the size, very clean and designed with simple elegance. Everyone who works here is so gracious and Ada and her husband always greet everyone which I love. She serves both Dominican and Ethiopian food and they are equally delicious. The shrimp dishes are always so tender. The side dishes are great too. The empanadas are crispy and fresh. And the prices are fair which I love. Other Ethiopian restaurants are more expensive compared to here.
