Yummmmm what a great little place for super flavorful sandwiches and sooo fresh fries (like cut that day fresh) . Had the chicken sandwich they are known for and fries with cheese sauce n pulled pork on top. Husband had the pork sandwich which was savory and delicious. Well done guys !!!definitely a must try! Only thing to improve is clean a bit better your beautifully displayed articles on the wall are caked with dust :(. Obviously ppl are going to look and sometimes that may be a turn off and truly you guys are doing a great thing don’t let something so silly keep ppl away ( bathrooms need tlc too! ). For ppl put off by this the kitchen was clean and they practiced good safe food handling with gloves. They were busy while we were there so no one was standing around doing nothing but some ppl just don’t have a good eye to cleaning the tough spots so figured I’d bring it to ur attention.
Great if you’re looking for a quite, delicious bite to eat! They have a lot of different sandwiches to choose from. We got 2 sandwiches, both of which were fried chicken and they were delicious! We also got the fubar fries. The fresh were definitely fresh and it was topped with brisket and Parmesan cream, it was very flavorful.
Definitely recommend going here for some delicious sandwhiches!! You cant go wrong with the Forbidden chicken and southern comfort ! I have had almost all their sandwiches and all are so good!
This is a cute little storefront restaurant. It's located in the Belmar "Mall," And can be seen once you're in the parking lot. There is a nice seating area, and the vibe is slightly trendy. We waited a bit ling for our sandwiches, which tasted great (mine was turkey: yum!). The only two things I'd really complain about is that it took a little bit long for my sandwich to be made, and it was a bit smaller than I expected. I guess that's their theme, nice sandwiches but small. But I expected it to be a little bit larger. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely eat here again.
Would really give the rating 2.5, positive note strictly on flavors. Been wanting to try this place for awhile as it always makes the lists for Top Sandwich spots along The Shore.. Service was a bit disorganized. Portions were quite humble. Meatball sandwich had 2 meatballs (would rather them even cut them in half to look like 4 and fill the roll). *WARNING* Ordered "Tomato Basil Mac" which is listed on the menu in Extra's along with Fries, Risotto Balls, and Griddle Mac & Cheese, assuming it was a hot side/Mac n cheese... It was a cold macaroni salad, very disappointing to find out after the fact. They Sold Out of their Risotto balls at 4:25pm when closing at 8pm, so couldn't try. Very disappointing. Dude Ranch Chicken Sandwich had great flavor. Highlight ironically enough was the Salted Choc Chip cookies, which we got the last 2 on the tray (again at 4:25pm) and they were phenomenal.
