Good food, nice mix on the menu, something for everyone. Cozy inside, nice decor and comfortable. Good service, waitress was very attentive.

Always polite and attentive staff. And open-fire cooked meat. It's a little more than moderately priced in my opinion but worth a try if you're at the mall and want meat. :-) It is our favorite place to eat at Monmouth Mall. Recommended.

I could not be more impressed with the service and food at Firebirds. From the moment we walked in, every interaction with an employee was done with a smile. The owner greeted us at our table, and introduced us to our server, James. Service was quick and very responsive, and he took extra care to learn our names. The drinks were fantastic. If you're really hungry like we were, I definitely recommend trying the ranch onion rings. It was our third time at this restaurant and each visit has been better than the last. We will be back soon! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, this is the place. They will treat you right. Thank you again, Firebirds!

Went for happy hour one evening and dinner another evening. Both were pretty good! Service was nice and friendly, drinks were tasty, food was good. I thought the dinner was slightly pricey for what you get, but still tasty. The happy hour seemed to be a good deal with fun bar bites to order

Third visit here. Burgers are great. Cooked to your liking. I’ve had two different salads. Both excellent. Service is friendly. My only complaint is the hostess desk. They seem unfocused and haphazardly dressed. Seems they dress for comfort not presentation as the first contact with customers.
