Not mass market, spicy crunchy roll sushi. This is thoughtful and artistry. The rice is perfectly vinigared, the application of the fish and wasabi carefully and thoughtfuly applied. The ambiance is not rushed but timed for enjoyment. If you want a super high quality experience that is metered, restrained and awesome. This is a perfect spot. It is a little bit of Osaka Japan in monmouth County nj.

Had to change my 5 star review to 4. It's the best sushi we've found within 30 minutes of Old Bridge, but very annoying that they don't allow takeout. We've called on 3 separate occasions hoping eventually they would start, but no luck. You guys are losing out on money that people are trying to give you!

Best Sushi in Jersey. Dude is The Master. You will have to wait for over an hour on the weekends but it’s totally worth it. Bomb digs sush.

Sushi was great! Incredibly tasty and not filling. That's how you know it's good. Owner is actually Japanese. Also, you can get an omakase appetizer; try out a chef's special without having to order a whole meal!

I've been going here for years. Outstanding sushi like salmon skin hand roll, white miso tuna avocado salad, eel sushi. Great service and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
