Starbucks

Every person I interacted with was so pleasant and my drink was perfect. I wish I lived closer, lol. Highly recommend. Only thing that kinda sucks is the parking situation, small lot and crowded.

My sisters birthday is this weekend and she’s Starbucks obsessed so I wanted to surprise her with a Starbucks themed party. I called around to see if I could collect some Starbucks themed supplies and the Raintree location was the only one willing to help! The employees were so polite and accommodating, you made my day! We will be back to support your location soon! Thank you x10!

My favorite Starbucks location. The staff always lovely, and they always make my drinks perfectly. I order through the mobile app, and sometimes I know that can get a bit messed up, but they always manage to make my order perfectly every time. If there ever was an issue, they were always so quick to fix it and apologize with no attitudes or issues. I will be back, as I order basically every day and they always manage to have my order ready by the time I get there for me! Love this Starbucks!

Only one guy knew how to make the drinks. He had to tell the other two newly hired girls how to make some of the drinks. The cashier didn't listen and tried to charge us for a refill thinking we kept wanting another latte. As a gold members, I get free refills on hot/cold tea and coffee. I told her that several times and she still rang it up as another latte. Finally the manager had to step in to tell her to take off the latte because I was asking for a hot coffee. That's free. Again, because she's new I'm assuming that was why she misunderstood. At least that is what I call "benefit of doubt."
They also renovated and the bars are lower so you can actually see them better. There's also a bar by the counter to sit at. The garbage can is still a mess but what are you going to do when it's busy?
In time, I'm going they're going to be the success that I believe they can be.
