I attended one of JR'S butchering classes yesterday! Had a blast, learned a lot! What a talented chef! He followed up the class with a ten course tasting menu! Check this place out for a dinner or one of his classes!

Graze has excellent food n service. Jr is an excellent chef, who watches every detail of your meal from appetizer to dessert. I will be back for more..... it was fantastic.....

I went during restaurant week so the portion size could have been affected by the menu/event, however, I had three courses and walked away not feeling full. I had short rib gnocchi that was great and the brownie was great but the portion sizes were very small. Two of the people I was with got the burger and it was average at best. Small piece of bacon on each burger and not a lot of taste. Served with shoe string French fries, also a very small portion.

Food was excellent and creative. Had a clam kind of stew with potatoes, pork belly, tomatoes, and hot peppers. Ate the whole thing. Our waiter was attentive and really knew his job. The place was full and I didn't see any empty tables. Only complaint is the place is loud. A little hard for conversation. Overall a really nice evening. I was pleased and will return... maybe not on a Saturday night.
