Crystal Palace Restaurant

Crystal Palace in Manalapan is reinvented and thrives under it's new management. Forget the past reviews, you're in for a great treat. On a whim, without knowing much of its reputation for food as of late, but remembering the great music of years past, we booked a table of 12 for New Year's. It turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we had for any grand year's end celebration. First, the food was out of this world despite the large number of guests. The perfectly seasoned sushi grade seared tuna was amazing, as was the eel, succulent lamb chops, fillet mignon, stuffed whole lobsters, and the countless other dishes which were paraded on the tables for the entire six hours or so. The French pastries were diverse and beautifully prepared. The service was flawless and Roman and his wife Slava, the owners of this great restaurant, are some of the loveliest people you want to meet. The entertainment was superb and the three live singers' music transported a very happy group of people through all of Europe, belting out great and diverse songs all night long. The dance floor rocked! As if this was not enough, Yuliya performed many dances, astounding all with her captivating form, light and candle show and her beautiful, massive and albino boa constrictor. The place itself is splendid, adorned by opulent chandeliers, a high tech state of the art stage and dance floor, European crystal wear, and custom china. Simply WOW! We feel fortunate to have this amazing venue in Marlboro, applaud our new friends at Crystal Palace and look forward to spending many more wonderful moments here. Bravo!
