    A breath of freshness!!! First time there, I'll definitely be back. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. A true gem.

    Great family run restaurant. Large menu, breakfast all day. My 10 year old said they have the best French toast.

    Very typical luncheon menu. Our waitress was very friendly and effective.
    Just expected better food for the prices we paid.
    Near them are zero competition. Perhaps this is reason they're here for many years.
    For similar cost, The Bridge Diner in OldBridge, NJ, is far better than Al's.

    Stopped in for late breakfast. Had eggs and omelettes that were perfectly cooked. Service was excellent too. Manager checked in to ensure we were having a good experience. A basic diner with superior food and service. We'll be coming back. Try it and see.
