After months of hearing raving reviews I had to take my wife here to see what all the hype was about. We went last night. The pizza was so delicious and you can tell all the ingredients were super fresh. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. This place is a must try if you are in the area. Even if you are not it is worth the trip ! I just had a slice for breakfast it was that good. The hype is real.
After the Mansquan Tug event on 10/12, we ordered 3 pizzas (americana, margherita, sausage) for pick up. I was told 30 minutes. My husband arrived 10 minutes earlier and the pizza was done. Once he got it home, it was cold. I was not happy since I had guests at my house. I had to put the pizza on cookie sheets and heat it up. We live 6 blocks away (never had that problem with Rocco's or Squan). After spending about $75 for 3 pizzas, I will not be ordering take out again...
I loved the food here! The student special is a very fair price under $5.00
Good pizza and nice staff
I had the good fortune to be in Rome this past summer and experience fabulously delicious roman style pizza. Qua Pizza is making truly authentic roman pizza that is better than some of the places in Rome! Absolutely fantastic crust and the sauce is to die for! I've been to a number of excellent Neopolitan style pizza places, such as Totono's In NYC (thin crust, wood fired oven) and I've had many fabulous Sicilian style pies (made by my grandmother), but I think the roman style pizza strikes the perfect balance between the two. You'd be hard pressed to find a better roman pizza than what they are creating at Qua Pizza. Excellent! Highly recommended!
Pizza looked great. Very nice restaurant with very nice staff. Pizza ended up being raw. It still had good flavour. Very expensive. 2 pizzas and a couple drinks costed over 75 dollars! Need to find an identity. May as well go to a fancy restaurant and pay the same as a pizza place. Overall it was average. Won't appeal to teens and college boys.
