    Although it was very busy, our wait time was about 10 minutes. The service was excellent and the food was hot. There is ample parking space.

    When you want to eat breakfast type food anytime of day, IHOP is the place to go. There are other food types served, but I only go for breakfast. Food is delicious and there are a lot of options. Service was good, but there is room for improvement.

    Food is always reliably tasty. Good selection of options for all-day breakfast as well as lunch/dinner options. Recently renovated. Just wish they would clean between guests a bit better. There was about 10 empty sugar packets under the table next to us, as well as another 3 under ours - and we were there very early for dinner.

    Pancakes are amazing as always. Burgers not so much! Although I can't knock this place for a single burger, IHOP has always been a favorite of mine. Service by Taylor was exceptional. She was warm, friendly and went above & beyond. This was my second time at this renovated location and both times I had a good experience.
