Amazing sandwiches and assortment of Italian favorites. Whether for catering or dinner to go they’re a must have. The balsamic chicken is great and the honey mustard chicken hero is incredible.

Great Italian specialty deli. Butcher, deli, breads, salads, bakery, vegetables, and prepared food are all amazing. This place makes it easy for me to prepare family meals.

Have tried their prepared food from behind the counter and it is generally good, so I decided to place a catering order. The sauteed broccoli was delicious, the pasta salads were good, the eggplant rollatine was okay (no mozzarella cheese on top, maybe that is the way it's made), and the salmon with spinach, which was recommended to me and delicious when I purchased it individually from the prepared section was disappointing and did not taste freshly prepared. Still seeking a great place for italian catering (have been very satisfied with trattoria revallo in englishtown but they have a limited menu...their vegetable stuffed eggplant is great).
On the plus side, the staff is great, any of the other items i've tasted are pretty good, and they have a lot of items.

Tuscany is a pretty good Italian market but since I judge delis by their sliced turkey I downgrade them for their "house or store turkey". A good house turkey should taste and feel like Thanksgiving turkey and their's is not that. It is the same very wet product that is common everywhere, with fillers and moisture added. I've been happy with their strictly Italian fare, though their fresh mozzarella, @ $9 a pound is never available in pieces less than 1 3/4 lbs.
