Bart's Restaurant

Food was ok but the place was stuck in 1980's. The building needs some refreshing and so do the dishes. The wine list was separated by countries but there were blatant errors like Kendall Jackson in the Italy section. During the dinner service the music stopped playing and was off for a good 15 min. The building is fire need of paint and repair to the extent that there was a plug in heater in the middle of the dinning room. It's a shame because if this building was kept up and modernized it could be a quaint little place

Wonderful food and the staff were supper sweet. Can't say enough amazing things about Bart's. A must place to go to if in the area. The food presentation was also great!!!!!

Food was good. Both the appetizer and main course were rocket hot. Crab cake was very good.
Chicken Parisienne was also very good. We did not have dessert. Very small restaurant maybe 14 tables in the dining room.

Fine dining, never disappointing. The owner is the chef so every dish comes out delicious. Monmouth County's best kept secret in fine dining.

best ravioli ever. chef love is obvious. lovely atmosphere, for drinks with friends, reunion, romantic date, special party, dinner, summer outside. cozy yet roomy. casual yet sophisticated, secluded yet friendly.... a must, for the food. Bar could use a professional step up in its offerings.... but it is adequate.... ill go there again even tho its not my hood. we went to see a band. nice atmosphere for music.
