    Food was ok; mine was terrible but the other ppl at my table had much better outcome than I did which is why I didn't give it 1 star. Food was flavorless, table was dirty. Menu/syrup area really dirty. Server should have brought the check way sooner, had to ask for it.

    Not quite as good compared to another Ihop that I frequent. Portions are usually a bit smaller. Today, I waited a bit longer than I would expect for lunch and my fries were barely warm. They didn't seem too fresh either.

    Fun menu. Food doesn't stay warm long enough to finish it.

    Good food, good service, great if you are ok with a franchise look and feel. All you can eat pancakes special when I was there.

    Grinch who stole Christmas pancakes never disappoint. All my kids have been eating these year after year. This IHOP is quickly my favorite. Plenty of space, tons of parking, fast service. We will surely be back
