J 'n' C BBQ

Real good brisket and pulled pork. Sides I tried were good as well. Fairly priced and good portions. I can't wait to try the limited supply of fast selling ribs.

I think the food was great, but the menu mentions "competition bbq" I was thinking Southern Conpetition BBQ. I gave them 5 stars because I want to see them succeed. Good family operated place! BUT There was no dry rub on the meat, and the bbq sauce wasn't homemade. Also, German potato salad should be served hot. The collard greens were FANTASTIC! Keep up the great work, but let's see some SOUTHERN FLAIR!

Food was excellent - chicken, brisket, mac-n-cheese, collard greens, baked beans. Service was friendly and attentive. Really happy that a good BBQ place is finally in our area.

Eric is one hell of a pitmaster, and I've been enjoying his food for well over ten years. It's great to see him take the leap and finally open up a brick and mortar shop with J 'n' C in Butler. I stopped by just after their opening on Black Friday, and it was even better than anything I'd ever had from him in the past. I strongly recommend the beans, collared greens, and German potato salad as sides. As for the meats, the chicken is the best I've ever had.
