    I grew up in the area & our family spent many a special occasion here under the original owners (Growth Enterprises years). It's tough in NJ to sustain a place over the long haul & thru ownership changes. This is now really just a bar with a restaurant (rather than a restaurant with a bar) - burgers & pizza are very very good. Menu is minimal, staff is really nice. Bar area is nice also.

    This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I want to go to a fair lunch, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. very good and food and a large menu.great team, and great vibes. Not less important, the expence is honest. I sent my friends to this place with no doubt.

    Been going to the Public House for nearly 30 years. The history fills this old building and town. Excellent food and fun shopping in this little town. Do your self a favor and check out Long Valley. You may find a few other stops on the way.
