(July 22, 2018, 12:13 pm)This franchise is getting to the point that you just go to eat, not to experience the joy of food. Loud and sometimes lousy because if the attitude given by the servers us not nice. They are rude and demonstrates no interest in learning about the menu and the options. In addition, it is time to revisit the menu and offer other options to other appetites.

(July 13, 2018, 1:25 am)Ordered a burger and fries. What I got was horrendous. The burger was dripping in fat and almost leather-like. It’s hard to describe how gross it was. Like it was reheated and old. Not going back. However, I’ve eaten there before and it was excellent. Not sure what the hell they were thinking. Maybe it’s hit or miss? Either way, it made me gag, so no more for me!
