    The food wasn't bad. It's different from what I rembered. The customer service was good and the store was clean

    the chicken was good but the sides we're either too salty or too sweet depending on the sides we ordered which was disappointing. the potatoes that we had to pay more for (because they were premium potatoes) were dry and hard ... very sad. even with a coupon I don't think I will return to this place. not satisfied with the quality of the food. however the manager is quite nice in person. unfortunately I didn't eat in the store so I couldn't report my disliking of the food to see what could be done.

    While I won't go so far as to say the chicken at Boston Market is gourmet quality, they certainly have gotten roast chicken down to a science. It is consistently moist and flavorful. For a quick meal, it's hard to beat.
