(December 31, 2018, 10:11 pm)This is actually the move of a restaurant that used to be on the Upper East Side, but the restaurant chef moved out here to Florham Park. In fact some of the serving staff also made it out here. Have a great selection of both regular Chinese American food and some more authentic dishes particularly on the weekends are special holidays. I particularly like the dan dan noodle and their lunch special might be a little more expensive than the others in the area, but the quality is great. The scallion and flounder fillet dish is fantastic and their hot and sour soup is not bad. I also like there pork in Peking sauce. And they are also super fast, often dishes come out in less than 10 minutes.
