(February 15, 2019, 3:51 pm)Had a surprise birthday party for my wife on 6/2/18 at the Windlass Restaurant. The Windlass is one of our favorite restaurants in NJ. We had a party of 11 and I just wanted to thank the staff for their great service last night. The food as usual was excellent. Thank you for making this celebration such a wonderful time. You all are the best!

We came here for my parents 45th anniversary and our waitress Sara went above and beyond for us! I have been here several times over the last few years and The Windlass never disappoints. It is a gem on the lake.

(November 9, 2018, 6:51 pm)Love it here. Great food. Bar service is okay. I think the table service is much better. Soups are okay but the black bean burger is my favorite. I like that they have a lot of different food options. Healthy options as well!
