(December 16, 2018, 1:41 pm)Even though the the bagels, coffee, treats are good.. Customer service is very poor and a friendly experience isnt there. A suggestion would be to take “names” on orders so you Stop mixing orders up, its not rocket science. Smile also while working it helps the atmosphere.

(February 10, 2018, 8:59 pm)This place never disappoints. Always stop here when I get the chance on the way. Usually get the everything bagel with turkey bacon, egg and cheese. Amazing and fresh. Also have had the whitefish. You MUST try the chive cream cheese as well. Very very good. Service is good too, not overly friendly but not miserable like another bagel place that I won't mention here, but have in my reviews.
