    Good service but the staff can not decorate an ice cream cake with lettering. All normal coffee drinks, donuts, and ice cream but the staff is not trained to letter cake with names or evens like "Happy Birthday", horrible cake experience.

    If only when I ordered my Big N Toasty with sausage, that the person making the sandwich would actually read the order, and actually do it right. It's been five years. I'm there almost every Sunday. You'd think they'd have it figured out by now.
