(September 12, 2022, 5:43 am)I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. The owners used to manage Shun Lee West in NYC back in its heyday, one of my favorite restaurants of all time.
The food at Dao is absolutely first rate. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
We had the soup dumplings and cold sesame noodles for appetizers and I had the crispy beef for the main course. All of these things were over the top amazing and reminiscent of the food at Shun Lee back in the day.
Definitely try the crispy beef. It is simply fantastic. -

(September 10, 2022, 5:53 pm)The food was really flavorful, fresh and delicious. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They serve complimentary green tea with your meal. My friends and I shared a few dishes and the dry pot was the standout. It was perfectly seasoned and the portions were big. Great place to go for lunch, dinner or take out.
