Rustic, quaint restaurant with a unique menu. I lived in this area for years, and didn't know about this hidden gem! A date took me here one Friday, and I loved the restaurant and menu so much , that I came back with friends the very next day!!
Hard to find anything to criticize here. Staff was attentive, menu had a great selection. Drinks were pretty good, but not perfect. We ordered the maple sriracha bacon slab that was on the specials, and it was to DIE FOR. I got the Tuna Tower and it was delicious. I make Tuna regularly for myself and like to think I have the perfect way to do it. This was better, much better. Prices are a tad high, so because of that we won't be coming on a weekly basis ( which I would ). But this is a solid restaurant with a vast variety of selections for whatever you are in the mood for. If you aren't overly concerned with how much the bill will cost, I guarantee you'll enjoy yourself AND your food here. Give it a try!
Went for a birthday party. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food was actually pretty amazing. I mean it's up there with Tabor Rd Tavern and a teeny bit less expensive with more options. I would dedinitely go there for a night out with my wife as opposed to other more expensive places. Had the roast pork tenderloin. The flavors were complex and just right, not overpowering. I tasted the slightest most perfect hint of truffle oil on one of the vegetable sides as well. Very pleased. Try their salad dressing. I believe they sell it. It's that good. It's the perfect blend of sweet and savory and I am not a fan of sweet dressings at all, but they managed to nail this one.
Had a company Christmas party here last week. John was very helpful, and his recommendations were spot on. The staff was attentive and the food was great. Everyone talked about how great our party was for days to follow. Will definitely be back !
We go to Cinder's often and have always enjoyed our visit. The past two years we went for Thanksgiving Dinner. Last year it was a little stressed but this year it was delightful! After a leisurely round of drinks at the bar, our table was ready. The four course dinner was excellent from soup to dessert! My wife had the Turkey and her brother and I had the Prime Rib. Both were very good. The soup was incredibly good. We had dessert and coffee and with two rounds of drinks, tips and dinner for the three of us was about $55 each. We look forward as always to our next visit!
