    Food is authentic and tasty. Quantity is good. Vegan options available. Ambience is good. Kid friendly food and place.

    Ming II is a restaurant located in the Hyatt hotel in morristown. The cuisine served is Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian. The food is good as is the ambience. They also serve good cocktails. There is a cocktail lounge right next door called SM23 which is under the same ownership and is quite good too. There is parking in the parking garage of the Hyatt. The restaurant will validate your ticket so that parking is free.

    This is my favorite restaurant. If you want amazing ambiance this is it. Curved wooden walls all around you. The food is always fantastic. I like the sweet curry. The service is always good. It's a great romantic place or a place to bring someone for a special lunch or dinner out. Lunch is much more quiet than dinner. I like the peaceful atmosphere here on off hours (eating a little bit early) as if it is a busy time, it can get loud in the smaller space. But when not many people are there it has a spa like feeling. :)
