Consistently amazing food. Incredibly fast service. Watch your noodles get made then put on your table in under 10 minutes. Visited over 10 times and never had a bad experience. One of the best hidden gems in New Jersey for Chinese food.

I hadn't been here in a long while and I'm so happy I finally got to drop in. It's great that nothing about Shan Shan has changed since I've been coming here. The hand pulled noodles are out of this world. Everyone is so friendly. The menu is loaded with great stuff. Definitely worth checking out.

You could pass this place a hundred times and you wouldn't know that some of the best Asian food around is served here. They make their own noodles, which are absolutely great and should not be missed. The menu includes many interesting choices and anyone who is into this kind of food should easily find a few things that would be worth trying. The people are extremely nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The place is very clean and they turn the tables pretty quickly so you're not waiting for a real long time. Go early for lunch and I'm told that the place is a madhouse on Saturday nights. A MUST TRY PLACE!!

My favorite to go food, I'm fortunate that I live half mile away. Hand-pulled noodles is so fresh! Everything I've ordered is tasty, my favorite is the stir-fry noodle with duck and salt and pepper shrimp. Couldn't get enough until I taste everything on their menu!

the dry noodles were good and the beef noodle soup was good. the lamb noodle stew was a bit flavorless which was very disappointing. I had to add hot sauce to give it some flavor. the decor was nice. there wasn't a wait when we went before noon but by 12:30 there were tons of people for the lunch hour rush. not a bad place, would return to try something else.
