    Love! The store itself is inviting and very clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the avacado toast and the PB Green smoothie...everything was fresh, delicious, and filling. I will definitely be going there often!

    Staff are awesome. Best protein shakes. A shake plus their avocado toast w the fried egg is really good after the gym. They have a large selection if preworkout and protein mixes as well as a full smoothie bar to mix up whatever mix of protein or recovery drink you craze. Shakes are a little costly but the quality is worth the price. Been going there for a long time now and I havent been to a better place for protein, energy drinks, recovery drinks, and a good post workout meal. I love this place and the people there are awesome.

    The food here is amazing and only gets better. This store has supplied me with supplements food and shakes for years and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend

    Love this place. The food and smoothies are amazing and the staff is always super friendly. I have purchased many supplements from them and I was really happy with the results. The owner is a great guy and very involved. Highly recommend
