    LOVE IT! Service was fantastic and servers really knew the menu.

    I'm surprised to see the last couple of one star reviews for Red Lantern. Yes, they're overpriced (10-15% more than other already overpriced sushi places - these prices rival NYC prices). Yes, the service can be really really slow. However, we've never had any issue with the quality of the food. The sushi is always made to order and the fish has always tasted absolutely fresh. The sushi we've had as also always been meticulously constructed, putting the other places to shame on that front (Fujiyama and Toyko House).

    I am concerned that others have been there when they may have stretched the fridge life of some of the fish, but that's not been my experience there.
