Brownstone Pancake Factory (Brick, NJ)

Huge menu selections, x-large portions, impressive food presentations. First time and it was packed. The place has popularity among younger crowds. Food was good, but I wouldn't say it's out of this world. You're there for the food presentations that you order. Pricing is fair, some choices such as special drinks seem more expensive than what they should be. Service was fast and staff was friendly. I would say try it out at least to experience it.

My boyfriend and I went last Saturday and we were Amazed. Our server was Erin she was very kind, and gave excellent service. The food was Delicious we had the Chocolate milkshake, French onion soup, waffle, chicken and steak fajitas, and fresh squeezed lemonade. Everything was so good I will definitely return for sure. Cute place in the inside as well!

Great place. It's new, so was crowded, but only 1/2 hr wait, moved quickly. Very interesting menu. So much to choose. Decor is fun to look at. Staff is really friendly and fast considering the crowd. Food was large portions and really good. Limited hours so check website first. Went for breakfast, but want to go back just for dessert cause everything looks fantastic. Please patronize this place and keep it going. We need a place like this, so different from other places.

Loved our experience at brownstone in brick! We’ve been to the other locations but this is one hit it out of the park! Great ambiance and amazing service. The food was definitely spot on with the other locations! Our waitress Jasmine was awesome and so sweet! We will definitely be back, a great addition to the brick community.

Very cool atmosphere inside. And the FOOD was fantastic. I had the Breakfast Combo with a Belgian Waffle. The waffle was a nice and crispy on the outside with a soft fluffy inside. The Maple Syrup they give you is perfect. You get an actual Sausage Link, and the Bacon was cooked to perfection. Not overcooked and had a nice Smokey flavor to it. This may be somewhere in the top 3 best breakfast places in Brick.
