I had a good experience there this morning. I just got a cup of coffee as I often do at other locations, but it's not always a pleasant experience. The woman at the drive thru called me honey, which is always a sweet gesture, and the guy at the window was pleasant as well. My only beef if I could have 1 was the sticker on my coffee. I only say this because it's shows a lack of effort and attention to detail when it's just slapped on upside down. Stuff like this explains why there's a lot of negative ratings, which I feel could be avoided since you seem to have the key ingredient of good people, all it takes then is a good leader to make it all work for a great location :-] right after I posted this I noticed my coffee dripping, the lid wasn't properly secured. Only reassuring my point, lack of attention to detail.
